Okkkie...I'm currently obsessed with Rob Thomas's song--->Her diamonds.
I love Matchbox20 coz they have such deep songs and I love that they write about things or people that matter a lot to them, along with that, their songs are soooo catchy lolz. I'm also obsessed with Eskimo Joe's song---> Foreign Land. Eski-J is also quite deep in my opinion...they're so deep that I don't even understand them haha...But their music is really awesome!!!
I'm writing another story at the moment. I'm trying to sound deep like unni but I'm failing terribly haha. Here is what I have so far...
Long strands of ebony danced along with the moon’s fair glow. That glow that was once as bright and beautiful as a star’s is but only a hollow sphere, lit by sun. Her cruel glow that shatters the dark of the night demanded authority. Crimson lips creating a licentious appearance. Conceited eyes full of fire yet no life was visible. She was dead. The moon’s soul is empty and instead a vindictive heart is born.
Her name was Ophelia. A face once filled with aspirations, none of which were attainable. A young maiden she was. Young and in love but that love could not be returned for the moon loved a man who shone brighter than any star. His heart fiery and blissful, if in contrast with the moon, the moon was dull. The star that shone brighter than any other star had already given away his heart to another. It was given to her only friend. What could she, whom was young and naïve do? Her jealousy consumed her, bit by bit, little by little; the moon once as bright and as beautiful as the star, had twisted her heart and gave into the sun. The sun was the only source of light she had, so she reached for her asylum, slowly turning her love into hate.
Ophelia’s mother was cold. She did not tend to Ophelia nor cared for her. Ophelia often wondered what her mother was doing behind the apothecary. Often she heard chants in strange languages that she could not understand. She remembered an instance of her mother scribbling on the wooden floorboards of what looked like alchemy. Her mother’s eyes were blank, fully black. The thought that there was something strange about her mother had frightened her but despite that, her mother was like the sun to her.
It's not that good ae? Oh well...I tried my best...if it's good enough then I'll continue haha.
Anyways back to the bands!!! I <3 Matchbox20 and Eskimo Joe...of course my fave band is still loveholic..They cannot be replaced hehe but Matchbox and Eski-J are awesome!! lolz
